                  Spiritist fraternity group "Irmã Clotildes" is a filantropic institution, founded in 19.05.1956 (under the denomination of fraternity group of Vitória), being registered in 11/04/1960, with its constitutives acts stored in the book A-3, leaf 66, under nº 530, that aims no profit, of indetermined duration, located in Marcondes de Souza Street,   nº 90/94, in Vitória, capital of Espírito Santo State Brazil, with an unlimited number of partners, with no color, sex, race, age or nacionality distinction and with the following purpose:
a) stablish departments of spiritual and material assistance, instruction and shelter;
b) promote the treatment of incarnated and disincarnated sufferer, spiritual and phisical, within the limits and without offense to the concerned law on medical practice;
c) establish relations with the congenerous societies and to colaborate with them.

          The spiritist fraternity group "Irmã Clotildes" maintain, through collaboration, the Day Nursery "Irmã Celina", that nowadays has 34 poor children, with assistance during the whole day.
          The GFEIC is adhered to Federação Espírita do Estado do Espírito Santo (Spiritist Federation of Espirito Santo State), joined to 3ª Regional Spiritist Union and also affiliated to OSCAL - Organização Social Cristã-Espírita "André Luiz" (Christian Social Spiritist Organization André Luiz)- BH - MG - Brazil.
